Robert Davies - Director
BA(Hons) MA(RCA) RIBA SCA AABC
Robert is a chartered architect with over 20 years of experience working on design and conservation projects within the historic environment. Throughout his career, Robert has worked on some of the country's most significant listed buildings and scheduled monuments, such as the Houses of Parliament, Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew, several Historic Royal Palaces, and various churches and cathedrals.
Robert is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and a former Guardian
for the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings (SPAB). He is an accredited conservation architect
with the Register of Architects Accredited in Building Conservation (AABC) and a Specialist Conservation
Architect (SCA) registered with the RIBA. Robert received his education at the Royal College of Art in
London and completed his professional qualifications at the University of Cambridge.
Robert's professional memberships include the Ecclesiastical Architects and Surveyors Association
(EASA), the Association for Studies in the Conservation of Historic Buildings (ASCHB)
. Robert is also a
Quinquennial Inspecting Architect for various diocese throughout the UK and has overseen projects on a
wide range of historic churches and cathedrals.
Alisha Infanta - Architectural Designer
B.Arch M.Arch MSc
Alisha has a wide range of experience in design and project management and her work within the practice is focused on the conservation and creative adaptation of historic buildings. Alisha graduated with a master's degree in architecture from Bharath University and has a second master's in building conservation and regeneration from the University of Central Lancashire. Alisha's master's dissertation explores a comparative analysis of fire safety regulations relating to historic buildings between the United Kingdom and India. Prior to joining the practice, Alisha worked as Assistant Professor at Mohammed Sathak A.J. Academy of Architecture, India where she taught architectural conservation to postgraduate students and served as the convener of the MSAJAA Heritage Cell.
Мinja Mitrović - Architectural Designer
BA (Hons) M.Arch PhD
Minja is an architectural designer with 7 years' experience working in the UK and 4 years working experience overseas in Italy, Brazil, and Serbia.
Throughout her career, she has worked on a variety of projects, most notably on the reconstruction of historic museum buildings such as National Museum in Belgrade, and museum exhibition designs such as Royal Airforce Museum in London, the Grand Egyptian Museum in Cairo, and the Smithsonian Institution: National Air and Space Museum in Washington D.C.
Minja graduated with a master's degree at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Architecture in Serbia and was awarded a Ph.D. degree (summa cum laude) in Architectural Composition at Politecnico di Milano, Faculty of Architecture, Italy.
Minja has worked as a teaching assistant at Master studies, both at the Faculty of Architecture in Belgrade and Politecnico di Milano.
Johan Nor Azman - Architectural Assistant (Part II)
BScArch M.Arch
Johan is an Architectural Assistant with a wide range of experience in the UK and overseas. His work within the practice focuses on providing design and technical support for residential projects together as well as contemporary and historic public buildings.
Johan received his master's degree in architecture from the Manchester Metropolitan University and his bachelor's degree from Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur.
Solomon Cole - Architectural Assistant (Part I)
BSc (Hons)
Solomon is an Architectural Assistant and works on a wide variety of projects within the practice including Tower Bridge in London, and a number of churches and residential projects.
Solomon received his first-class bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of Liverpool John Moores and is progressing towards his master's degree in architecture.
Andrew Hynes - Architectural Assistant (Part I)
BSc (Hons)
Andrew is an Architectural Assistant and has worked on a wide range of projects within the practice including Tower Bridge in London. Previously, Andrew has worked on projects including Warwick Castle, Birmingham Council House, and on a prestigious project for the Royal Household. Andrew received his bachelor's degree from the University of Cambridge. He is currently working towards his master's degree at the Royal College of Arts, whilst providing ongoing support to the practice.
Joscelyne Juhardi - Architectural Assistant (Part I)
BSc (Hons)
Joscelyne is an Architectural Assistant first joined the practice as an intern whilst she studied for her undergraduate degree in architecture. Her worked in the practice has focused on our residential work and design stages for community focused projects. Joscelyne received her first-class bachelor's degree in architecture from Coventry University where she was awarded prizes for the Best final Year Design Project, The Course Tutors Prize, and University nomination for the Architects Journal Student Prize.
